Yoga isn’t just about downward facing dog and child’s pose on your mat. If you’re a little bit like me and like to spice things up from time to time, here are five ways you can practice yoga differently.

SUP yoga

Stand up paddle yoga is one of the most challenging forms of yoga I’ve ever tried, but also one of the most blissful when comes Shavasana time (relaxation pose usually held at the end of the practice for a few minutes of meditation).
